Your check-out checklist

Check out time
Please check out by 10am. If you have a later flight and need your bags stored, we can help!
Settle your account
Check for any outstanding charges on your account such as lock-out fees or rent.
Confirm you departure day
Let us know if you’ll be departing before your contract end date.
Belongings and keys
Ensure all your belongings are removed from your room and return your access card and room key.
Mail and parcels
Collect your mail and parcels and update your forwarding address.
Your bond money
Collect a Bond Refund Form from the front desk and keep your Australian bank account active until you receive your refund.
