Lachlan
Hello, my name is Lachlan Waters and I’m the General Manager at Iglu Kelvin Grove.
I grew up in country New South Wales and have a work history in Project Management and Service Recovery roles in the Aviation sector. I’ve been working in student accommodation for 8 years and I like ensuring all residents in my care are safe and engaging with the local community.
I have a passion for different cultures and cuisines. I enjoy getting to know people, hearing about their experiences and what makes them happy. I spend my spare time enjoying the great outdoors with my wife and three children.
Remelda
I’m delighted to introduce myself – I’m Remelda, your Assistant General Manager here at Iglu Kelvin Grove. While my roots are in India, I’ve called Brisbane home since 2011.
Outside work, I enjoy traveling and immersing myself in different cultures and landscapes. I am also passionate about food, whether it’s a hidden local eatery or a cherished family recipe, I’m always eager to experience the diverse world of cuisines.
I believe that every person has a unique story to tell, and I’m genuinely excited to get to know you and swap travel stories. So don’t hesitate to come say hello!

Hi, my name is Kylie and I’m one of the Customer Service Coordinator here at Iglu Kelvin Grove. I was born in Vietnam and moved to Australia in 2010.
I’m currently completing my Bachelor in Business (Financial Planning).
I enjoy exploring new restaurants and cafes to try so feel free to ask me for recommendations if you see me around. I look forward to meeting you guys!

Hey! I’m Pedro, one of the Customer Service Coordinators here at Iglu.
I’m originally from Argentina and currently on year 8 of what was supposed to be a “short trip” to Australia. My big passions are traveling, learning new languages, getting lost in new cities, and of course, soccer.
I’m fluent in Spanish, Italian, and French, and I believe coffee and a good chat can fix pretty much anything. If you ever need help, have questions, or just want to talk about life or soccer, come say hi!

Hi, I’m Risa, and I’m excited to join the team! I speak both English and Japanese, and in my free time, I enjoy cooking and working on diamond art projects. I’m really looking forward to getting to know you all, so feel free to come and say hello!

Hi, I’m Nicole. I have been in Brisbane since 2007 and working at the Kelvin Grove property for over 10 years.
Originally from Adelaide. I have spent 18 years living overseas in New Zealand and the UK. In my much younger years, I was a Gym & Aerobics Instructor. It was when you actually had to put your own music and routines together.
I would love to speak another language, but I have enough trouble with English. Numbers are my thing.

Hello, my name is Aaron and I’m the Facilities Manager.
I was born in Brisbane but raised in a small country town of Grandchester. I became an apprentice Carpenter pretty much straight out of school and have worked in the building game for just over 10 years.
I enjoy going on cruises, coming up with new ideas for different holiday destinations and have a passion for learning. Outside of work I enjoy doing my F45 Training which is challenging but is worth the result at the end. A big part of my life is my dog Demon he is a Siberian Husky and yes, he is my fur child. We have a great team here so if you need anything feel free to let me know.
