Is something broken?

If something is not working or you notice something that needs fixing, log a maintenance request and our Facilities Management team will be in touch to sort it out.

Our Facilities Management team hours are 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

For urgent after-hours maintenance, you can contact the on-duty Resident Leader (RL) on 0434 122 414.

Scheduled property maintenance

Throughout the year, our Facilities Management team conducts routine inspections and perform preventive tasks around the property. While some may cause minor inconveniences, they play an important role in keeping our community safe and in excellent condition.
